BOS 2008 PREVIEW/SAMPLE SALE
Friday, May 30th 7:30-10:30pm @ LUMENHOUSE 47 Beaver St at Park
Featuring works by BOS 2008 artists, the benefit provides an opportunity for artists, their friends, clients, collectors, the press and the general public to preview a sample of works that will be exhibited during the 2008 Bushwick Open Studios and Arts Festival. For details, click here.
3rd ANNUAL BUSHWICK COMMUNITY PARADE
Thursday, June 5th Staging time: 10am, Launch time: 11am
Beginning on Noll Street, between Central and Evergreen Avenues
Ending on Hancock Street, between Wilson and Knickerbocker Avenues
Followed by a barbecue around 1pm

A discussion forum on the arts, sustainability and gentrification, bringing together artists, activists and a broad and diverse group of community residents to tackle one of the most significant issues in our neighborhood - development, displacement and neighborhood change.
